These are our personal quest for wines which are currently in high demand.

Using high quality grapes (Garnacha for rosé and Macabeo for white, both sparkling), we achieve a balance between grape sweetness and acidity, which accompanied by fine and persistent bubbles enables a fresh and pleasant palate.

They are the perfect complement for desserts and sweet dishes, always to be served at a 4 to 6 degree temperature.
